Kathleen is a physical therapist in private practice with 30 years of experience working on people who want to feel better and move better. Known for her neurosensory approach to the body and the treatment of disequilibrium, she recognizes the interconnectedness of the body and the mind, as well as the impact that human experience has on wellness. Her infatuation with fascia began 20 years ago when while teaching PT students and took advanced training in stretching, soft-tissue mobilization, Feldenkrais, and cranio-sacral therapies. She believes our body desires to be in homeostasis–maximizing efficiencies with strength, length, relaxation, and coordination; producing movement that is pain-free, graceful, and enjoyable. She enjoys teaching others how to take their health into their own hands with self-treatment approaches in fascial fitness.
